You will find that our staff exemplifies high standards both morally and academically. Our staff has the educational background and/or years of experience in Early Childhood Education, which will provide your child with a quality learning environment. When each staff member is hired, they are required to have a State Criminal Background Check along with a Virginia State Background with fingerprints. 

Each staff member is required to have a physical each year and a statement signed by a physician that they are free from any disabilities that would prevent them from caring for children of this age. All staff are required to complete CPR, First Aid & AED training through the American Heart Association. The preschool is also in compliance with the MAT (Medication Administration Training) guidelines.
